Kenya Mathematics Olympiad Opportunity

π‘πžπ π’π¬π­π«πšπ­π’π¨π§ πƒπžπšππ₯𝐒𝐧𝐞 π„π±π­πžπ§ππžπ

The Centre for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa (CEMASTEA) is seeking students (Junior school or Senior School/Secondary School level) from each of Kenya’s 47 Counties to participate in the Kenya Mathematics Olympiad (KMO) 2026. To register, schools are required to submit a list of students (25 Senior School Level and 25 Secondary Level or 50 if it's Junior School) you wish to represent your school at the contest. Registration can be done at https://kmo.cemastea.ac.ke/KMO/register clearly indicating participants' correct details as guided in the link by February 28, 2026.

The KMO is open to all Kenyan secondary school students, with participants advancing through successive rounds based on merit. Through a rigorous selection process, the top-performing students are chosen to represent Kenya in prestigious international competitions such as the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), Pan African Mathematical Olympiad (PAMO), and East African Mathematical Olympiad (EAMO).
