ICT Integration Training

Under the theme “Navigating the Transition: AI Literacy for Senior School Teachers”, CEMASTEA is set to conduct physical ICT integration training in two cohorts, targeting 2,509 Senior Secondary teachers from 25 counties across Kenya to enhance pedagogical skills and improve education quality.

Scheduled for April 13–15 and April 20–22, 2026, the sessions, the training will emphasize leveraging AI tools in teaching and learning, with expected outcomes including familiarization with the CEMASTEA Portal, understanding the foundations of Artificial Intelligence, developing hands-on activities with AI tools, enhancing learner-centred pedagogy in CBE lessons, and promoting responsible AI use to strengthen teacher preparedness.
